At LEAP Behavior Consultants, our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that empower children with developmental disabilities to thrive at home, in school, and in their communities.

Rooted in the belief that all children deserve equitable access to high-quality care, we are committed to delivering culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapy tailored to each child’s unique strengths, needs, and family values.

Founded by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and based in Baltimore, Maryland, LEAP partners with families, caregivers, and educational teams to create meaningful, sustainable change through collaborative, individualized support.

Our goal is not only to build essential skills, but to promote autonomy, communication, and joyful participation in everyday life.
